These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, communications, and interactions provided by Event Medical and Safety, LLC (“Event Medical and Safety,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting information, requesting services, or opting in to communications (including SMS), you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Event Medical and Safety provides professional event medical standby services, safety planning, and related support. Services are non-transport and non-emergency in nature and are intended to supplement — not replace — local emergency services.
Event Medical and Safety does not provide emergency dispatch services. In the event of a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately.
2. Consent to Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications, which may include:
Scheduling confirmations
Event coordination and logistics
Operational updates
Contracts, invoices, or payment notifications
Follow-up communications related to requested services
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
If you opt in to SMS communications:
Message frequency may vary
Message and data rates may apply
Opt-In
You opt in by submitting your phone number through a form or agreement that clearly discloses SMS consent and includes an unchecked checkbox.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to the same phone number from which you received messages.

Opt-in, opt-out, and help are handled through the same 10DLC number. Short codes are not used.
4. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
Event Medical and Safety does not sell, rent, or share personal data or SMS consent for marketing, advertising, lead generation, or analytics.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, complying with venue rules and applicable laws, and activating local emergency services when required.
6. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Event Medical and Safety is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including venue restrictions, weather, or communication system failures.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
